“Dr. Mahmood is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. He completed his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, residency at Boston University Medical Center, and fellowship at the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center, a NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center. His special interests include gastrointestinal cancers, lymphomas, myeloma, and leukemia. After growing up in Florida, Dr. Mahmood has settled in Maryland since 2014 with his wife and children. He enjoys playing competitive tennis, camping, and traveling.”
