Advanced Practice Provider

Keisha has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Prince George’s County since 2014. She started her career as a registered nurse working in the areas of critical care medicine in Maryland and DC hospitals since 2004. She owned and operated an Assisted Living Facility in PG County for 7 years providing care for the elderly who required 24 hour care.

With 20 years total of clinical experience with the past 9 years dedicated to Advanced practice nursing in Family medicine for the first 5 years and now specializing in Hematology Oncology medicine for the past 4 years, she has gained invaluable knowledge and experience working and serving for the community where she was raised. She is proud to give back to her community and feels that her education and excellent training has prepared her for it. She prides herself providing excellent patient focused care and developing long-lasting relationships with her colleagues and her patients.

She has volunteered for Clinical preceptorship/mentorship over the span of 3 years for Nurse Practitioner students while practicing in family medicine.

She is a wife and mother of 3 lovely children and in her spare time, she enjoys traveling and painting.
