All Maryland Oncology Hematology (MOH) locations have a Patient Benefits Representative (PBR) who is dedicated to serving the individual needs of every patient. PBRs are an extension of our Regional Business Office (RBO) and provide guidance through financial issues, and they are available to address patients’ questions and concerns about the cost of treatment and handle insurance inquiries and verifications.
