Jennifer K. Beckerman, MD

Jennifer K. Beckerman, MD is a medical oncologist and hematologist with specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and blood disorders. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at George Washington University in Washington, DC, after earning her Doctor of Medicine degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Vassar College.

Dr. Beckerman is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care. Her clinical and research interests include solid tumors, cancer prevention, cancer health literacy, and improving patient decision-making throughout the cancer journey. She has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, presented research at national meetings including ASCO, and served as Chief Hematology-Oncology Fellow during her fellowship training.

Dr. Beckerman believes in partnering closely with patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans while helping them navigate the complexities of cancer care with compassion, education, and support.
