Biography

Prior to joining Maryland Oncology Hematology in July 2014, Dr. Fishman spent thirteen years in private practice at Washington Oncology Hematology Center with locations in Washington D.C. and Chevy Chase, Maryland.

He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington University of Medicine. Dr. Fishman is board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology.

Dr. Fishman is an accomplished clinician and a member of the American College of Physicians and American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). He has been recognized by his peers as a Top Doctor in Hematology and Oncology in Washington Magazine (2005-2015).
