Vaccine Considerations for People with Underlying Medical Conditions
Everyone 16 years of age and older is now eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination. Get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you can. Widespread vaccination is a critical tool to help stop the pandemic.
All patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms ( including fever, cough, nasal congestion, sore throat and or a shortness of breath).
- Anyone that has a temperature above 100.0 oF (37.8 oC) or upper respiratory symptoms will be assessed and may not be allowed in the clinic.
- Only non-ambulatory (i.e. wheelchair) patients are allowed to have caregivers accompany them in the clinic if they have no upper respiratory symptoms.
- No other visitors are allowed in the clinic.
We recognize that these measures may cause concern. Please contact our office and ask to speak to a manager to discuss any special circumstances.
