Trial Description
A Phase 1/2 Open-label, Multicenter Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Efficacy of PC14586 in Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Harboring a TP53 Y220C Mutation
MOA: Rezatapopt (PC14586) is a p53 reactivator that selectively binds to the mutated p53 Y220C protein and restores p53 WT activity.
Key Eligibility
- Histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced or
metastatic solid tumor with TP53 Y220C mutation - Patients must have tried standard treatments for their cancer and
shown progression or be deemed ineligible for standard care by the
investigator- Patients with CRPC must have ongoing androgen
deprivation therapy with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone
analog or inhibitor, or orchiectomy - Patients with ovarian cancer must have platinum-resistant
disease or platinum-refractory disease
- Patients with CRPC must have ongoing androgen
- Patient with a known KRAS mutation, defined as a single
nucleotide variant (SNV) are excluded
