Patient Benefit Representative

Maryland Oncology Hematology’s Patient Benefit Representatives can answer questions about the cost of treatment and handle insurance processing. For patients whose insurance coverage is inadequate or whose carrier does not cover services, we can help identify assistance programs that may help meet financial obligations. Our team can also connect patients to community resources, such as disability, supplemental Medicaid and medication assistance programs.
