To My Dear Patients

To my dear patients,

I just want to thank you for the privilege of allowing me to take care of you all, collectively, since July of 1989. When I came to Columbia to join Dr. Minford, I could never have imagined that I would be involved in the care of folks from Howard County and the surrounding area for 31 years. It has been a true privilege and a blessing to be able to care for all of you throughout the years.

I could never have imagined the growth of the community and the practice to this level over that time frame. My fondest memories revolve around the amazing relationships that I have made throughout the years. I know that I have learned so much from each and every one of you and that I am a better person from our experiences together. I feel that I have been cared for by all of you as well and that you have all been a blessing in my life.

It took quite a while for us to find a replacement for my patients. We were fortunate enough to get Dr. Yousuf Gaffar, an amazing oncologist/hematologist with over 13 years of practice. You will be in great hands with your care.

Again, many thanks for all of your kindness and support. You will always be remembered with love in my heart if you are in Sykesville, please stop by for a garden tour.

Take care and may God bless you all,

Dr. Nick Koutrelakos
