Dr. Aylesworth is currently the Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Clinical Pharmacology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and the Director of Clinical Trials at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland.
She has served as the Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas and was the staff hematologist and oncologist at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. In addition to being published numerous times, Dr. Aylesworth has also received several awards including Clinical Teaching Fellow of the Year.
